“Our experience with Rineer Designs was nothing short of spectacular! In early 2020, right before the pandemic struck, we purchased a home on a beautiful property with great bones. The house was in dire need of updates. The rooms were dark and dated. Carpet was everywhere, including the bathrooms! The lighting was terrible. We knew what we wanted the house to look like but wondered how we would get there. Our builder utilized Rineer Designs to develop the design for the renovation of our home. After meeting with Heather, she asked us to provide her with the colors and style that we liked. She also wanted to know what we didn’t like. We shared pictures of our former home including furniture and area rugs since we planned on using them in our new home. Heather immediately “got” us. She really understood what we liked. We appreciated that Heather did not try to force us in any one direction. She listened and guided us, offering suggestions throughout the process when we were uncertain what to do. Her approach was very calming to us. This was especially appreciated during the turbulence of the pandemic and having moved to Pennsylvania from out of state. When Heather presented us with the first round of blueprints, we were awestruck with her design. Could our house really look like that? Well, yes, in fact it does. Although every room in the house was touched during the renovation, the kitchen is the crowning jewel. We cannot express enough how gorgeous and functional the kitchen turned out. Although the kitchen is magazine worthy, it is highly functional and is an absolute joy to cook and bake in. Thank you, Heather and Rineer Designs, for making this the home of our dreams.”
